Marketing And Promotion Ltd. specialises in the Marketing of Holiday Ownership in various Resorts in Malta. It has proven to be one of the most reputable marketing companies in Malta evolving into the largest Holiday Ownership marketing company in Malta, both in quantity of resorts being marketed, and most importantly the quality of these resorts.

The company is owned by Mary Anne Pulé (Managing Director), who started off in 1986 marketing the Sunny Coast Resort Club in Qawra. Notwithstanding the fact that back then, the industry in Malta was in its infancy, the Resort was sold out in less than five years. Encouraged by this success, the Resort’s developer chose to increase the number of units twofold and once again the units were sold out in the same time span. Mary Anne Pulé is very active in the industry, and she is currently the Vice-Chairperson of the Maltese Timeshare Association and a member of OTE – Organisation for Timeshare in Europe.

Since then, Marketing And Promotion Ltd has grown and successfully sold out a number of resorts including the Radisson SAS Baypoint Resort, the Kempinski San Lawrenz Leisure Resort, the Coral Reef Club (Suncrest Hotel), The Santana Resort Club, the Barceló Riviera Resort & Spa, and the Costa San Antonio (Grand Hotel Mercure San Antonio).

The company recently added two new upmarket five star resorts to its portfolio, namely the Suncrest Beach Vacation Club and the Fortina Spa Vacation Resort, both of which have been awarded Gold Crown status by RCI for their outstanding standards.

The company is recognized by RCI as one of the 25 leading Holiday Ownership companies in Europe, therefore earning the trust of many top industry players and resort developers, both at local, and at international levels. Marketing And Promotion Ltd has also managed to maintain an excellent rapport with the two leading Holiday Ownership Exchange Companies namely, RCI (Resort Condominiums International) and II (Interval International).

The company is supported by a head office situated in Sliema, Malta; however it has sales offices at each of the resorts, which are linked up with real-time software thus facilitating communication, and monitoring of performance.
